Avallon Solutions background

Avallon Solutions was established by Stuart Taylor after spending over 25 years as a director of an SME manufacturing equipment for the exacting requirements of the Defence and Aerospace markets.

This experience provided a thorough knowledge of running a company and the critical importance of providing customers with products that exceeded their expectations.

In 1993 the company decided to seek formal certification to the ISO9001 standard and Stuart led the team to achieve this. He acquired 'Lead Auditor' status as part of his training and the company gained certification via an accredited body without any non conformances being raised during the audit.

For the next 10 years he held overall responsibility for quality issues within the company, dealing with 'blue chip' customers such as BAE Systems and Boeing. Prior to leaving he had prepared the company for conversion to the year 2000 version of the specification and updated his 'Lead Auditor' qualification.
